Time to add

Just got back on board with this whole blogging thing.  It's almost been a year since I moved and I hadn't changed this to reflect that until today.  Time to make the change don't you think?  Now I'm spending my time trying to figure out what to do with my time.  One of the things I've been working on, and have almost finished, is the cross stitch shown.  It has many mistakes, but these can be forgiven when you add that this is my first effort at this style of creativity.  Quilting has become another pastime that I enjoy with the help of my sister.  But I have yet to do my work for this month on the quilt block and have to have it ready by Saturday.  I had best get off here and get busy!  All for now.

At Least Once a Month

I wonder what to say in this place, so it takes me a while to post new stuff. Only new thing to report is the car (which is wonderful, fantastic, sitting in the driveway.....).
Another reason why it has taken me a while to write on here. I wish both Chris and Earl belated happy birthday wishes as I do also for Lee. See how bad I am? Lee was last month! Anywho, I am doing well considering the lack of air conditioning or cooling in the house. All we have are fans and opening the windows during the coolest parts of the day and all night long. Welcome to my world. It seems as though the summer monsoon has come to this part of the state. There have been thunder storms on a fairly regular basis - two days off and then storm on the third. Looking out the window to the east there are all clouds. To the west, all is bright, sunny and clear. Hope to get some comments from you. Suzy
